Sound/Noise is created due to variation in pressure which, in a way, is product of vibration and we know that the vibration generates the sound/ Noise; therefore both of these can not be separated with regards to effect on human health.
We can also describe the combined effect of noise and vibration, on human health, which is demonstrated in loosing the balance of human body due to giddiness or nausea (seasickness). The very fact of this phenomenon is - due to vibration, the fluid (endolymph and perilymph) in back of human head (inner ear) responsible for maintaining balance gets disturbed which gets further aggravated due to noise and the person feels nausea, irritation and looses the balance which results in falling on ground/surface..
